Who Am I?
Ciao a tutti, my name is Antonio, I’m a retired professional pastry chef from a small island near Sicily (here is a picture of myself in the good old times).
With three grandsons, and one granddaughter, my retirement is busier than ever, and so I decided to set up this small website about one of my greatest (professional and personal) passions: chocolate, and chocolate fountain in particular.
As I don’t speak English very well, I asked my grandson Giuliano and my granddaughter Elisa, to take care of the translation, and I think they did a great job.
